According to local reports, Graaff is accused of recruiting men to perform sexual acts with her daughter over social media for money. She was arrested and charged with four counts of child sex trafficking, one count of extorting her daughter and two counts of prostitution. Graaff's daughter is the reported victim and is said to have suffered mental and physical abuse at the hands of her mother during the ordeal.
