Zack and Cody's mom is a single mom who works at the Tipton Hotel as the Head of Housekeeping. She is a strong and loving mother who is always looking out for her boys, but isn't afraid to discipline them as well. She typically isn't too happy when Zack and Cody get into trouble, but her sternness is usually always paired with a soothing hug or encouraging words. She works very hard to support Zack and Cody and even enrolls them in private school.
